Lawn Green is hiring a permanent full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. This is a year-round position.
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven individual with outstanding customer service abilities. In addition, applicant must possess the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to rapidly shift priorities in an often high-paced work environment. Able to work independently in addition to working with others. Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Responding to customers via email
- Maintaining Google Sheets documents
- Managing customer information
- Monthly billings
- Sending and receiving invoices
- Categorizing and entering business receipts (QuickBooks)
- Monthly reconciling (QuickBooks)
- Paper document filing
- Processing credit card payments
- Preparing bank deposits
Office hours are generally Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M - 3:30 P.M. In the off-peak times, hours may become more flexible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
