** Hours are Monday through Friday. No Weekends **
The candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage all nonclinical and clinical staff. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical management position are required. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to supervision of all nonclinical staff, office and hospital scheduling, banking, and approval of invoices for payment. Requirements
Essential Job Functions/Competencies including but not limited to:
• Overall Maintenance and Implementation of Corporate Policy and Procedure for both Clinical and Non-Clinical.
• Oversight of Divisional Staff
• Corporate Liaison answering to Vice President of Operations
• Responsible as Liaison between the provider/staff/patient
• Payroll-Time Sheet Review and Update as needed
• Maintain Physician Credentialing
• Divisional Appointment Schedule Templating and schedule changed when applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education/Licensure:

Salary Description
$68,000 - $72,000 annually
