Duties:
- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Handle budgeting and expense tracking for the office.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and reporting.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and appointments.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in clerical tasks, office management, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, calendars, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in team management and supervision of administrative staff.
