We are a busy fire and flood remediation company looking for an Office Manager to help manage our office. Must have a can-do attitude and the desire to grow and learn.
As the Office Manager you will be handling all things pertaining to keeping the office organized, stocked and handling all clerical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and routing all inbound calls.
- Maintaining scheduling and calendaring needs.
- Ordering office supplies and other necessary items.
- Manage maintenance logs and requests.
- Ensure certifications and trainings are up to date.
- Filing and other clerical needs as assigned.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Position Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with driving record in good standing.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and employees.
- Proficient with MS Office.
