Position Overview:
As our Office Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing HR tasks, handling invoicing, and coordinating special projects. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Ironworks Campus, Beloit, WI (Hybrid Role) ()
Responsibilities:
- Handle client facing activities such as setting up new contracts, managing invoicing changes and overseeing collections.
- Manage HR tasks including payroll processing, employee records, PTO requests, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Oversee expense management including credit card statement review and vendor contract oversight.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and procedures
- Lead and coordinate special projects as required.
- Provide support to the General Manager and Leadership team including administrative support as needed, including appointment scheduling, event coordination, travel bookings, database maintenance, and mailing and shipping packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Paychex is preferred.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
