To offer office and administrative support for the Agent/employer in the oversight and management of multi-line insurance products.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Daily management of insurance and financial services office
· General clerical and administrative responsibilities
· Prepare sales proposals and information gathering
· Pre-approach mailings
· Other production and sales duties as assigned
· Maintain prospect database
· Policy updates
· Computer updates and client records reviews
· Record Keeping
· Handle phone calls
Qualifications:
· Minimum hiring age 18
· High School diploma or equivalent
· State Insurance License - P/C and Life/Health optional, but preferred
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Keyboard skills of 45 WPM
· Computer knowledge
· Excellent organizational skills
· Motivated, self-starter
· Reasonable and predictable attendance
· All Non-Affiliated Appointments cancelled
· Excellent phone skills
