Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies inventory, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
2. Communication Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring effective flow of information.
3. Scheduling and Planning: Manage business trip schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate office events or meetings.
4. Document and Record Keeping: Oversee the preparation and filing of reports and documents. Maintain accurate records and files.
5. Budget and Expense Management: Monitor office expenditures, prepare budget reports, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Policy Implementation: Develop and implement office, employee handbook policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
7. Human Resources Management: Handle employee queries and issues related to office management. Support in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, HR, and other office management software.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay range: $70,000 - $85,000
