Position Overview:

Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support within the human resources function in the areas of: records management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, succession planning and compensation administration.

This position provides a great opportunity for professional growth within all HR areas!

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to internal clients in the areas of employee pre-employment, on-boarding, status change and terminations.
• Maintaining employment records, conducting research, filing of HR documents and providing additional support as needed.
• Assist in the execution of various HR projects/initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years HR Administrative experience - Required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Read, Write and Speak - Preferred
