JOB TITLE: HR/Ofice Admin Representative (Part Time)
**TOP 3 SKILLS:**
-2+ Years Human Resources + Office Admin Experience
-2+ Years working for startup organization
-Experience working with HR Platform (I.e. bamboo, workday etc)
LOCATION: Emeryville, CA (On Site)
DURATION: 6 month+ Contract
HOURS: 3 Days/Week, 24 hours total. Candidate's Choice which days M-F.
RATE RANGE: 30-40/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration of company HR platform (Bamboo, Rippling, Workday etc.)
- Keep company handbook current and accurate
- In charge of client invoicing and keeping our overdue AR low
- Manage bi-weekly payroll
- Administration of 401k program
- Being the one to on-board new employees, give new employees that warm and fuzzy we discussed
- Being the one to off-board Manage performance review cycles/dates/policies
- Help organize company events; company parties, offsites, industry convention trips etc.
- Ensure that we are abiding by California State employment laws and regulations
- Be the go to person for all employees, when they have an HR matter/issue to discuss
- In charge of client invoicing and keeping our overdue AR low
- Administration of company travel program and policies, including the management of something like Navan
- Establish and manage Osha certifications, making sure that we are staying current
- Help on-board new clients, general contractors, and industry partners Screen potential candidates during hiring process
- Set up interviews and onsite visits during hiring process
- Keep track of employee training - initiatives, certifications, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ Years Human Resources + Office Admin Experience
- 2+ Years working for startup organization, ideally high tech.
- Experience working with HR Platform (I.e. bamboo, workday etc)
