General office assistant. Primary duties will be to provide administrative support. Other duties may include assisting with insurance verifications and authorizations, answering telephone calls, taking messages, greeting clients, setting up appointments, assisting staff with intake procedures, receiving, scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments, keep office area neat and tidy, etc.
