A well-established Ridgefield, CT based national service company is looking for an Office Clerk who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Finance Department. Candidate should possess excellent telephone and computer skills with the ability to handle a variety of processes.
WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Daily management of incoming Accounts Payable emails.
- Perform clerical duties including vendor invoice sort, scanning, and saving into company's data bases.
- Assist in contacting vendor network for invoice submission.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
- Assist with overall operation of the company's administrative tasks as required.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- A minimum of 1 year's office experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.
- Live within 45 minutes of Ridgefield, CT
Helios' compensation is based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $19 to $20/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
