Requirements of the Automotive Dealership Accounting Clerk:
- Automotive office experience required (minimum 1 year)
- Accounting, bookkeeping or accounts payable /receivable experience a plus
- Detail oriented, thorough and excellent with numbers
Responsibilities of the Automotive Cashier/ Office Clerk:
- Answering phones
- Cashiering customers
- Daily deposits
- EOD parts and service and warranty reconciliation
- Stocking in vehicle inventory, filing
- Additional miscellaneous office duties may be required to assist in daily office operation.
Benefits offered to the Automotive Office Accountant Clerk:
- Part-time, Monday thru Friday - NO WEEKENDS
- Hours are flexible but generally they are 7:30/8:00 am-12:00 or 1pm
