DESCRIPTION:
The ACCOUNT CLERK is responsible for processing, receiving and paying purchase orders, requesting tax information from vendors, assisting school staff and vendors with payment status questions, and working as a team to prepare monthly and annual reports. The ACCOUNT CLERK will maintain district positions to assist with budget preparation and may be asked to assist with other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, which will enable the employee to interact with all levels of school personnel and vendors. Computer skills are essential. The preferred candidate should be proficient in Excel. Knowledge of purchase order processing in Naviline is preferred.
SALARY: $22.57/hr
