We are looking to hire an Office Data Entry Clerkin Fontana, CA This is a_ temporary contract (2-3month) _opportunity to join our Sales & Safety Team!

Job Summary:
The Office Data Entry Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes within the organization. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with various computer applications. The Office Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into the company's database, processing documents, and providing general administrative support to enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate records of data into the company's database or designated software systems.
  • Process paperwork, forms, and documents efficiently, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from colleagues or external parties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing documents to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or Data Entry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Data Entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Data Entry software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
