We are urgently seeking an experienced data entry & office assistant for a full time position with the following background and skill sets for a full time position in our office in Santa Fe Springs.
· Self-motivated, confident, organized and has a strong follow through on all assignments
· Prioritize and enjoy working independently
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
· Organized and maintains a professional and positive attitude
· Strong attitude in learning new software and participate in implementing new process and tools
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Superior phone skills
· Willing to gain new responsibilities and assist others when needed
· Ability to function well under a heavy workload with multiple priorities
Job Requirements:
· Skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Familiar with QuickBooks program is a plus
