Data Entry Operator - Telecommute / Office

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our systems. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our company database
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security
• Review and verify data, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely Data Entry
• Assist in the development and improvement of Data Entry processes and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
