Under the supervision of the Office Supervisor, this position provides administrative support for the area operations. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling, performs duties such as record keeping, timekeeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, inventory and obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of internal and external customers at all levels of the organization. Training will be provided.
Responsible to provide office and project assistant duties to various project teams and area to include but may not be limited to:
- General office support to team
- Mail/express mail coordination (Area)
- Office/consumable supply inventorying and ordering
- Order and print labels
- Field timecard collection/submission
- Phone Coordination
- Office maintenance/support
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year administrative experience required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Minimum 1-year construction industry experience preferred

Physical Requirements/Travel:
This job operates in a professional office environment primarily located at customer site. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job which may involve walking the customer site, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee may be exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions on facility grounds. The noise level in the work environment and facility grounds can be loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. his position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. This position occasionally drives a vehicle for site visits and other job related pick-ups and deliveries.
