The Gerald Auto Group Accounting Team has an immediate opening for a Full Time Office Clerk/Prebiller in North Aurora. This position will assist with the processing of car deals for multiple dealerships, working with the finance departments to ensure proper documentation for deals. This is a great first office job for someone coming from a retail environment, cashier or receptionist position, with potential for long-term advancement in a growing office. The hours are Mon-Fri, from 8-5.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and organize paperwork in car deals
- Document and follow up on missing documents
- Package contracts for lenders according to bank requirements
- Work closely with finance department to ensure timely funding
- Research and follow up on contract processing delays
- Filing deals
- Scanning miscellaneous paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and a high energy positive attitude. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required...we are excited to train the right person!
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.
