We are looking for candidates who may be interested in beginning an entry level career with medical billing, strong clerical and administrative office skills are encouraged to apply as these skills have a strong track record at Evolution with making this transition successful. This position will take these skills combined with on-the-job training in revenue cycle management to bring candidates into a revenue cycle specialist position.

This position will give you skills and knowledge in the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Training includes but is not limited to revenue cycle management utilizing EMR/PM software.

• Insurance Accounts Receivable status calls and online inquiries, updating billing software with all notes
• Training on posting payments and charge entry
• Training on Insurance Appeals and Reconsideration Requests
• Answer insurance and patient inquiries relating to assigned accounts

Duties may vary based on the business and client needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or interest in medical revenue cycle
• Knowledge or desire to learn Medical software
• Highly Motivated & Ambitious with a willingness to learn new things
• Attention to detail, Good Organizational & Task management
• Professional with an enthusiastic Attitude
• Multitasking
• Excellent Phone etiquette, computer skills, and Excellent Customer service

This position is on site in-office ONLY, NO REMOTE WORK

Pay dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
