Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Office Clerk who can work three days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and join our team!
As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also file paperwork, make copies, fax documents, and mail information to customers as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Assist with Sales Lead & Client Intake
- Assist with In-Home Client Assessments
- Human Resource experience
- Excellent customer service skills with Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
