Candidates must be bilingual. We're looking for someone who is welcoming and professional at our Primary Care facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, and a commitment to creating a positive patient experience. The successful candidate will be well-versed in appointment scheduling, and will regularly communicate with patients about their care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service to all patients.
- Provide efficient check in process for all patients.
- Keep appointment schedules.
- Take information from patients over the phone and in person.
- Schedule appointments / follow up calls / reschedule
- Photocopy patient's medical and insurance documents.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
