Cleo Bay Imports, Inc., a reputable family-owned automotive group in Killeen, Texas, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as a General Office Clerk/Cashier. We are currently accepting applications for full-time and part-time, hourly-paid administrative positions. The individuals in these roles will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing various administrative tasks, handling cash transactions and answering a multi-line phone system.

The individuals in these roles will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing various administrative tasks, handling cash transactions and answering a multi-line phone system.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
- Process and handle various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, filing, and data entry
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Keep the office area clean and organized
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times
- Assist with processing paperwork on vehicle sales, purchases and titles
- Assist with the scanning and filing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work full-time and occasional weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
