Create our Homes as an Architectural Designer in our Atlanta, GA division!
The Architectural Designer will use AutoCAD software to produce new home plans, address specific plan changes, create construction details, and modify existing plans in a high-volume environment. You can contribute to the creative design through the lens of constructability and can produce detailed drawings. You have the analytical skills to be able to coordinate a detail with several disciplines while maintaining an eye on the big picture. You are a skilled communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships that reflect and support our company's core values.

What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Completion of architectural or architectural technology undergraduate or graduate level degree program
- Experience working on single family residential projects
- Competent knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software required - architectural plan experience preferred
- Strong technical skills, proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or SketchUp and Revit
