Position: Office Clerk
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $15/hr

Location - Southwest Fort Worth, TX - Will be on site! (Clearfork)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
MUST be familiar with maneuvering around a computer
Comfortable working out of different programs and systems
Some working knowledge of Excel or ability to learn quickly
Okay with repetitive work the project tasks for some of these will be tedious
Help move specific files or file types electronically
Possible access an additional outside system to help pull documentation from that system and attach in ours
Send an email according to our instructions if needed
Opening documents, mostly medical records, to identify doc type (we will teach)
Separate out by patient
Locate patient in system
Add notes/attach in system
Label or relabel documents and/or emails
Move files to different locations, or digitally print them (such as Print to PDF or TiffPrint)
Send an email according to our instructions if needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Good computer skills
Ability to work on multiple screens
Good data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Can handle confidential information
