Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing documents, including scanning, filing, and organizing files.
- Verify the accuracy of documents and information by conducting thorough checks and audits.
- Input data into the company's database or information management system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Information Processing procedures and protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding information and data processing.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
