Receptionist/General Office Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist/General Office Clerk is responsible for assisting with general clerical duties such as closing files, copying/scanning large projects, receptionist duties and providing back up secretarial support.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with closing files.
• Copying/scanning large projects.
• Provide back up secretarial support.
• Receptionist duties.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain professionalism at all times with both internal and external persons
• Exercise good judgment in dealing with callers
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Working knowledge of a multi-line telephone/paging system
• Exercise good customer service skills
