POSITION SUMMARY:
The Receptionist/General Office Clerk is responsible for assisting with general clerical duties such as closing files, copying/scanning large projects, receptionist duties and providing back up secretarial support.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with closing files.
- Copying/scanning large projects.
- Provide back up secretarial support.
- Receptionist duties.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain professionalism at all times with both internal and external persons
- Exercise good judgment in dealing with callers
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of a multi-line telephone/paging system
- Exercise good customer service skills
