Office Associate

Office Associate is needed for a busy office in St. Clair Shores.

Primary duties of the office assistant include:

• Physical and Electronic filing.
• Scanning and data entry
• May need to contact employees, clients or vendors
• Sorting incoming mail and managing outbound packages and mail.
• May drive company car to various local locations required for the company.

Ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

• Recent Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook Experience.
• Works well under pressure
• Highly Organized, can change gears quickly
• Data Entry experience
• Familiar with all Office equipment including phones, mail machines, and scanners
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Accounting, Employee Benefits or Human Resource experience is a plus.
