Office Associate is needed for a busy office in St. Clair Shores.
Primary duties of the office assistant include:
- Physical and Electronic filing.
- Scanning and data entry
- May need to contact employees, clients or vendors
- Sorting incoming mail and managing outbound packages and mail.
- May drive company car to various local locations required for the company.
Ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
- Recent Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook Experience.
- Works well under pressure
- Highly Organized, can change gears quickly
- Data Entry experience
- Familiar with all Office equipment including phones, mail machines, and scanners
- Must have valid Driver's License.
- Accounting, Employee Benefits or Human Resource experience is a plus.
