SalaryNovi Pediatric office is seeking a full-time or part-time medical receptionist for an immediate opening. Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, check-in, check-out, verifying insurances, insurance referrals, data entry, scanning and collecting payments. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, outgoing and professional with strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Medical Office experience and place patient care and customer service first.
This position requires some evening hours (until 5:30pm) and rotating Saturday morning hours.
Flexible schedule and possible remote work is available for full-time staff. Full-time staff also enjoy a 4 day (8.5 hours) work week.
