Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support, both in person and over the phone
- File and organize documents and records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with dental receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $18.00 - $23.58 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 34 per week
