Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 Per hour
- Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Sort and distribute mail and package deliveries.
- Looks for and reports any needed maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Regularly assist with sorting invoices, mailing checks, shipping documents, managing conference rooms, and tracking out-of-office schedules.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Maintain front lobby: workspace, reception area, and coffee room.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Coordinate office employee functions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- PC software skills especially MS Office Suite programs, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- High school diploma preferred but not necessary.
- Two to three years of experience preferred but not necessary.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work 8am to 5pm shift Monday – Friday.
