Job description:
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Greet guests of Rynone and direct them to appropriate staff
- Provide general office support as needed
- Accounts receivable
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support staff in assigned project based work
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
- Interact with clients, vendors and visitors
- Pickup, sort and distribute mail
- Prepare, sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx packages
- Respond to and initiate correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Process invoices
- Accounts receivable
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Familiarity with data entry processes
- Writing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of general office administration and machines
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail a must
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
