Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, screen calls and distribute message to appropriate people.
- Return phone calls received from the message center and online submissions.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Call customers to update status of estimates, confirm project schedule, schedule power washing, etc.
- Assist customers, when possible, or get answers for them.
- Maintain estimate calendar.
- Email appointment reminders.
- Scanning and copying estimate/project information.
- Order office supplies and secure the best possible prices.
- Write Thank You cards for completed projects.
- Assist Field Manager with ordering paint for projects.
- Oversee facility and vehicle maintenance.
- Run errands, as needed.
- Assist owner, field manager, office manager and sales manager whenever necessary.
- Represent Ausherman Painting in a professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using Gmail, Google Calendar, MS Office Software and other office software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Strong personal character, integrity and a heart for teamwork and excellence.
- Willing to work scheduled hours (with the possibility of additional hours from March through May, our busy season).
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 10 am to 2 pm
Salary:
- $17 - $19 per hour
