Established Orange County wholesale packaging distributor is seeking a competent Office Assistant for a Part Time position (5-20 hours/week - Monday to Friday). Applicants must have a professional manner and possess computer and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills are also required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and be capable of working efficiently and carefully. We are a small company that needs a team player who will enjoy a variety of duties.
Responsibilities
- Receptionist duties (Front desk / Answering phones & email)
- Filing
- Processing orders in QuickBooks
- - Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable, but not required
- Writing letters/memos
- Accounts receivable collections
- Assisting the President & Operations Manager as needed
- Potential to earn additional income doing part-time sales if desired, but not a requirement of this job.
