The Office Assistant is responsible for managing office administrative duties for the AMF Team of a growing portfolio of multi-state, franchise-owned restaurants
Compensation Range & Benefits:
$20 per hour (starting)

- Be obsessed with details ?bordering on compulsive. Forks in the wrong section of the silverware drawer drive you crazy
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and major computer software packages ? technology doesn?t scare you

- Understand that you?ll need to have a cell phone and answer calls and texts in a timely manner

Major Goals and Responsibilities:
- Be our All-Star Quarterback when it comes to assisting all office and administrative work
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
- Postage for all packages and documents
- Collecting and sorting mail
- Visit store locations when necessary
- Managing calendars
- Data input
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Create and document processes for all repeatable duties
- Submit a summary of work completed each week
- Perform other duties when needed
Essential Activities:
The physical location for this position will be in our Vista Sorrento Parkway in San Diego office. Most of your work will be performed in the office throughout three to four days per week, four to five hours per day. In addition to the in-office hours, there may be some additional work which can be performed remotely.
Toughest Parts of the Job:
The toughest part will be staying organized and juggling several assignments at once. With so many stores and people contacts, it will really take a special kind of person to prioritize and stay focused.
Another tough part will be developing the role. It is going to take the kind of person that wants to be proactive, create something great, and really show your value.
We are looking for someone we can trust and someone who will enjoy and embrace their autonomy. We want you to drive the process without needing excessive direction.
