Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant you will work closely with the sales staff to collect required transaction information. If you possess the follow experience and training look no further:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Financial Transactions
• Reviewing invoices, reports, memos, and correspondence to ensure accounting records and documents are accurate
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Light bookkeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned

Weekdays are flexible with hours between 10:00am to 7:00pm. Saturdays are a MUST with hours between 9:00am to 6:30pm. Sundays we are closed. We offer 401K and paid sick leave. PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON AND BRING RESUME. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
