Office Assistant

Entry level position for a photography company during the spring and summer season.

This is a Temporary, full time seasonal job.

Skills needed:

· Basic understanding of computers and ability to work with various software programs.

· Good organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.

· Ability to drive to a few schools to help with photography jobs.

Duties in the office:

· Make phone calls for appointments.

· Answer phone calls.

· Data entry (prepare, identify photos for display on our website).

· General office help.

Duties on location at schools:

· Check in Students

· Assist photographer with posing.

· Keep the schedule updated throughout the day.

Organize clothing and outfits.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
