We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Office Assistant II Temporary in our Port Washington, Wisconsin location. They will also support our Germantown Power Plant on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
Job Summary
The Office Assistant II (Temporary) , provides intermediate administrative support to office operations including typing/word processing, answering the telephone, opening and sorting mail, and greeting internal/external visitors to all divisions of the company. Responsibilities include using advanced office computer software applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform overtime call-out and maintain overtime records.
- Process employee timesheets
- Sort and file all types of company documents and maintain appropriate filing system.
- Process employee profile changes and maintain personnel files including employee vacation schedules.
- Schedule meetings and book conference rooms.
- Data entry into specific business unit application programs.
- Run various reports as needed.
- Create spreadsheets in company-approved software including data entry, formula creation,formatting, and charting work.
- Consult on office productivity tools (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel).
Minimum Experience Required
For positions in some locations, applicants must comply with DOT Part 199 Pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements.
This position may require unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the following systems: Snap Scheduler 365, SAP, PROGADS, Outlook, Skype, and WebEx
