SUMMARY:
LUMIN Schools is searching for a reliable, and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant works directly with the President & CEO and is responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced non-profit environment. As an ambassador for the school, the Executive Assistant interacts with the school staff, students, parents, network staff, members of the community and visitors.

The CEO of LUMIN Schools.
JOB DUTIES:
- Acts as the administrative point of contact between the CEO and internal/external demands.
- Handles executives' requests and queries promptly and appropriately
- Conserves CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, video conferences, and travel
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Track and support donor stewardship and acquisition efforts by collecting and entering donation data, drafting letters, and managing donor relationship calendars
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, recording meeting discussion
- Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Provides support to front office when needed
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO
Position Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional organizational, schedule management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- 3+ years of experience as an assistant, preferred
- Advanced computer skills, with an ability to become familiar with new programs and software (e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Knowledge of business management principles and strategic planning
- Service orientation - seeks to look to help people

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Salary $52,000 - $57,000, Based on experience.
