Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and staging
- Pre-screen potential new hires and applicants
- Provide customer support and address any issues or concerns
- Support the office staff with various tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
