Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with upselling techniques to increase revenue is preferred
- Strong written communication skills for responding to customer inquiries via email or live chat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software or other customer service tools
