Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in construction or real estate is a plus.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication.
