Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and marketing duties to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Office support (filing, copying, scanning, web research, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into a CRM database (will train)
- Marketing (mailers, event planning, trade shows)
- Plan and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with company projects
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail, and with fellow team members
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
Hours: Mon-Fri 10AM - 5PM
