```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
```Responsibilities:```
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, insurance inquiries, and client questions

- Maintain office supplies inventory and prepare orders when necessary
- Setup treatment rooms and turnover used rooms
-follow up delinquint claims, acounts receivable, and unscheduled clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other team members as needed
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Being resourceful and persistent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
