A Growing transportation company, in Los Angeles is seeking a self-motivated and highly energetic OFFICE ASSISTANT / OFFICE ASSISTENCE MANAGER to handle the daily tasks.
This is a fulltime job. Saturdays are required.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Be on time every day. Punctuality is very Important.
- Self-learner_ Ability to read and learn all Pricing/Rules, plus reservation software by watching YouTube.
- Phone Presence – Has a friendly, understanding, welcoming voice and really enjoys talking to and helping people.
- Customer Focused – performs service with a smile, recognizing that the customer is always right.
- Team Player – works well with others.
- Excellent Computer Skills – Is comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, ,and ideally is proficient with social media posting and advertising.
- Strong Organizational Ability – Has strong attention to detail and can actively input accurate records of customer communication into management software.
- Sense of Humor – Can work with customers, in a kind and professional manner.

Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week.
