SalaryOur office is seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish, possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Greet visitors in a professional manner
Provide translation for Spanish-speaking clientele
Draft letters and email correspondence
Copy, file, scan, and email documents
Send and distribute faxes
Sort and distribute mail
File documents and folders accurately
Obtain and track receipt of medical records
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently
Prior experience in an office is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of obtaining medical records is a plus, but not required
Details:
Monday through Friday, 24 hours per week
$18.00 -$20.00 per hour
No nights
No weekends
