Responsibilities
- Scan or read incoming documents to determine where they belong within the filing system
- Physically file incoming documents to the proper location
- Input information into computer systems as needed
- Conduct general office duties such as answering the phones, processing mail, and delivering messages, as needed
- Assist others in the office with locating the necessary documents and files they need during the day
- Organization of Client Data
- Quarterly newsletter
- Communication to Clients, doctors, caregivers via phone, letter, email
- Party Planning
- Create Event Flyers
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and shift focus and priorities, as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
