Recruitment Marketing Coordinator Overview
We are seeking an individual that can deliver short term results while optimizing performance over time against a clear set of objectives. The role will own the development and execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple markets to build top of funnel demand and attract clinical candidates. You will collaborate with numerous departments to maximize brand awareness in the anesthesia market. You will put together a comprehensive social media strategy and initiate projects to maximize company brand.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Build analytical reports that summarize campaign performance and experiment design
- Partner cross functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders on various marketing initiatives
- Audit cost per lead quarterly; present results to Director of Recruitment and VP of Marketing; recommend new strategies on a monthly basis
- Track and report total marketing costs per initiative for each facility on a monthly basis
- Work on quarterly metrics with recruitment team
- Closely partner with Indeed, LinkedIn and Gasworks account managers to analyze performance of job posts; communicate results to recruitment and collaborate based upon current performance vs historical data
- Manage and maintain all clinical and corporate job boards (Somnia website, Gaswork, state society websites, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
- Coordinate all aspects of recruitment email and direct mail campaigns (draft content, pull Sendouts list, approve email/mail templates, measure effectiveness on a monthly basis.)
- Collaborate with MMS manager to distribute campaigns and measure return
- Prepare and distribute monthly Recruitment Marketing calendar
- Tradeshow coordination (ensure prime booth location, book travel for attendees, prepare appropriate materials, ship booth)
- Develop monthly career newsletters (advertise open positions, new thought leadership, blogs, etc.)
- Implement and renew advertising campaigns
- Ensure Onboarding Dashboard consistency for all facilities with open searches weekly
- Ongoing competitor research; identify marketing activities, market share, trends, etc. and advise recruitment and marketing team of observed best practices
- Coordinate webinars, networking events, and related functions
- Develop and report Recruitment Marketing activities calendar
- Ensure accuracy of Somnia website; edit as needed
- Generate and track purchase orders and invoices
- Attend workshops, training seminars, and applicable tradeshows
- Participate in recruitment related meetings as needed
- Build social media strategy weekly (LinkedIn sponsorships, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create video content for company website and social media platforms; collaborate with recruitment to ensure content relevancy
- Expert-level Photoshop and Indesign fluency for timely in-house design of recruitment collateral and thought leadership
- Track inventory of marketing materials/promotional items; identify additional cost-effective traffic drivers as it pertains to tradeshows
- Provide project and administrative support
- Manage recruitment sourcing consultant
- Process and track all POs, reimbursement for candidate interview travel, etc.
- Budget tracking for sourcing
- Other projects as needed and assigned
Qualifications
Recruitment Marketing Coordinator Skills and Qualifications
- A four-year degree with a major in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
- 3 or more years of relevant, successful hands-on experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency
- Emailing marketing experience, mass email campaigns
- Event planning and trade show logistics
- Active listener, creative thinker, problem solver, takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity & honesty
- Superior organizational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail
- Superior creative and project management skills
- Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Superior computer skills and advanced knowledge in the use of the Internet and the following programs:
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Photoshop, InDesign
- Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system a plus
- Video editing skills a plus
