Office Assistant

We are seeking a professional LONG TERM Office Assistant to assist our sales team & office staff. Lighting & Electrical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory if you're willing to learn and have critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is one who is comfortable working as part of a team and is able to multitask in a high pace environment in order to help complete administrative, sales and customer service tasks. Our company is flexible and open-minded, and we are interested in hiring an individual with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE & OUTLOOK who is eager to learn new skills and looking for long term permanent employment with the opportunity for advancement and cash bonuses.
Attention to detail must be a strong suit in your skill set as well as impeccable work ethics.
Must be proficient on computers and handle multiple emails/orders and phone calls directly with the customers and vendors on a daily basis. Must be a team-player and work well with others. If you are not a people person...don't apply to this position!
-MUST BE OFFICE SEASONED, HAVE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS, BE A SELF STARTER, INNOVATIVE & CREATIVE
-Must be reliable and available Monday-Friday 730am-330pm
-Must have experience in an office setting, answering phones, communicating through emails and on the phone with vendors and customers
-Computer & Internet Savvy
-Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, Gmail, Google docs and QuickBooks
-Product Searching, Data entry & communicating with clients & vendors via email, quotes & phones
-Great clients at front counter & Pull product from warehouse
-Answer multi phone line, File, Copy, Email Scan and Fax documents
-Process orders & Returns
-General office cleaning & organizing duties
