```Duties```
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting patient information and updating records
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and order management systems
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Some accounting experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train.
