Medical Office Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our Medical Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with Therapys and patient care
- Manage Medical Office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to healthcare providers

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Medical Office or healthcare setting is required
- knowledge of medical administrative processes, including insurance verification and billing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
